We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

EXPEDITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Spot reservation fee paid by or on behalf of any participant is non refundable & non transferable.

• No refunds shall be made for unused services or any activity that the participant has chosen to not participate in during the trip

• Participants (you or any person travelling with you) must take care of their luggage & belongings. Zero Gravity Adventures shall not be accountable for missing items during the trip. Zero Gravity Adventures will not be liable for any actions, omissions, or defaults of independent vendors, individuals, servants, or service providers appointed by you, who are involved in providing accommodation, refreshment, transportation, or any other services.

• Zero Gravity Adventures reserves the right to cancel a reservation without providing any refunds if the full payment is not received within the specified time frame.

• Various elements like weather & ocean conditions could lead to modifications in the itinerary. Zero Gravity Adventures maintains the right to make essential adjustments to the schedule in the pursuit of safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

• Zero Gravity Adventures cannot guarantee specific wildlife sightings or encounters during our trips, as nature is inherently unpredictable. While we strive to enhance the possibilities of wildlife encounters, we want to emphasize that the presence of marine life is beyond our control.

• Under no circumstances will Zero Gravity Adventures be responsible for any: death, personal injury, illness, accidents, loss, delay, discomfort, heightened expenses, consequential loss, and/or damage or theft caused to the participants (you or any person traveling with you)

• In the event of any flight cancellation or rescheduling, any extra expenses incurred (such as arranging alternative accommodations or rebooking flights) to facilitate the continuation of the trip must be covered by the participant (you or any person traveling with you)

• If unexpected weather conditions or government restrictions arise, specific activities may be canceled. In such instances, Zero Gravity Adventures will make every effort to offer an alternative feasible activity. Nevertheless, no reimbursement will be issued for such situations.

• Zero Gravity Adventures is not liable for delays, program changes or indirect expenses resulting from natural hazards, accidents, machinery breakdowns, weather conditions, political closures or unforeseen incidents.

• Zero Gravity Adventures does not provide any insurance policy to cover for the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or any other reasons. However, it is mandatory for every traveler on the trip to acquire dive insurance.

• Zero Gravity Adventures reserves the right to share and/or publish content (such as pictures, videos, testimonials, etc.) on its social media accounts and website, featuring the participants (you or any person traveling with you) captured during the trip.

• Should the traveler(s) miss their flights for any reason, Zero Gravity Adventures will not be held accountable for providing compensation or arranging alternative flights.

• Zero Gravity Adventures cannot assume liability for commercial arrangements beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, industrial disputes, threats or acts of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, transportation technical issues, severe weather conditions, airport and seaport closures, and similar events that are unforeseeable and beyond our control.

• If a participant faces challenges during immigration clearance, Zero Gravity Adventures will not be held accountable, and there will be no refunds offered in such an improbable situation.

• The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Zero Gravity Adventures, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from personal injury, death, or property damage during the Tour.
